When a new database is added again the application will load all the necessary currencies and rates for the last 3 months..

The application utilises the information from xe.com, this service ( additional annual fee applies ) is regarded as the most accurate and reliable source to obtain currency rates, although if a customer has a service it would rather us ,the system can be configured to interface with other download services.( detailed spec required.)

Intelligent

The system ensures that your Accounts databases are always loaded with the correct currency rates at all time, when entering transaction the system hold over 3 months of currency rates and will automatically select the correct rate from the date entered into the system, whether this be sales transaction, Purchase transaction or nominal journals. With the user of this utility the rates will be ready.

Note:

System will only work with Access Accounts dimensions or Dimenstion lite multi-currency databases.
