This recently launched addition to the already successful Cello Marine solution allows secure access to the data from any modern web browser.

Secure...

The Cello Marine dashboard is designed to incorporate high security secure site encryption, meaning data is encrypted to secure banking levels. This level of security allows us to enable a Captain or Manager to securely view crew details through the dashboard and load payroll data directly into the system. The dashboard is split into 4 working areas:

Timesheets.

This section of the dashboard allows Captains or Managers to enter the monthly payment due to the crew. These simple screens that display the crew’s payment details can be adjusted as required. On acceptance, a confirmation email starts the payroll process within Cello Marine. If new information is required, an internal messaging system alerts the administrator allowing changes to be made and/or new pay rates to be added.

Crew Detail.

A full and comprehensive list of crew records is presented showing banking information, addresses and contact details, further screens will show comprehensive details of previous payments made to the crewmember, and a list of documents and qualifications.

Forms…

In the forms sections we have included a range of standard forms that i-Bos can customise to allow simple loading of new starters and changes in crew members details, additional forms can be added and interfaced into the Cello Marine system giving accurate and efficient loading of information such as new starters.

Reports…

This customer specific screen contains a list of either financial or crew reports that can be added to allow the user to have reporting capabilities directly from the Cello Marine system.
