As part of the payroll process, PayRate Templates must be set up to differentiate salary, bonuses, travel expenses etc. Pay rates can be added and removed in order to set the basis of the Payroll process.
New payrates or editing of payrates can be done in this tab or within an individual crew member. Choose contract, double click on contract, click “Add” and payrates appear and can be added, removed or edited.
Under the “Types” drop down, you can choose if the crew member is “Master”, “Crew”, or “Crew Asia”. The correct type must be chosen to define the crew members on the payroll reports.
